Where'd all the cleanups go?

Why don't neighborhood cleanups continue throughout the spring and summer? Shouldn't these be folded into the fabric of the community as a regular activity? They don't have to be very sophisticated endeavors. Pick up some trash, pull weeds, clean treeboxes, etc...

Good question...

Seagurll:

They do. Just get off your rump and do it. And stop waiting for all the other lazy slouches to keep you company. The masses are still watching American Idolatry. Those concerned about the place they call home are doing work that reflects that — every day.

Seagurll - Are you saying there are plenty of people out there keeping things clean, etc...? Just curious what you point you are making?
